The service
Trila helps small Groups compare real meeting places using Participant-selected starting points and estimated driving times, then vote on a Final Place. Trila is a decision aid, not a navigation, reservation, payment, emergency, or live location-tracking service.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your phone and verification messages, and notifying Trila if you believe your account has been compromised.
Do not share OTP codes or session credentials. An Owner may manage Group membership, but every Participant remains responsible for the location and vote they choose to share.
Acceptable use
Use Trila only for lawful, consensual planning. Do not use the service to track, harass, impersonate, deceive, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to another person, Group, account, or system.
Do not upload or share content you do not have the right to use. Invite people only when you reasonably expect them to participate.
Places, routes, and estimates
Driving times, opening-hours signals, place details, maps, and directions are estimates or third-party information and may be incomplete, unavailable, or out of date. Conditions can change after a recommendation is generated.
Use your judgment, follow applicable traffic and safety rules, and confirm important venue information before travelling. “Fair” means Trila is designed to balance the Group's estimated drives; it does not promise identical journeys or a mathematically perfect result.
Availability and changes
Trila may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, reliability, or product quality. Provider or network failures may temporarily prevent place search, routing, matching, or voting.
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The published effective date identifies the current version.
